A User is any one individual using the CertiVox System. Each user is entitled to one CertiVox ID (email) on the system. Switching identities or emails on revolving 14-day trials constitutes a breach of your user agreement.
We don't require any credit card or personal information other than your email to begin the trial. We will contact you twice over email to let you know your trial period is set to expire.
We'll contact you via email to let you know and work things out. Your service will continue and you'll have 7 days to either upgrade or purchase additional accounts. We're here to help you make the most of our service.
If you upgrade from a free account to a Pro Subscription, you are not eligible for another 14-day free trial. The 14-day free trial applies only for your initial trial period. And yes, you can cancel later if you need to.
We created 2nd Level Subscriptions, starting at just $7.95 per month, that let you do just this. These subscriptions are linked directly to yours, so you can enable or disable users as needed. 2nd Levels come with support, but do not have access to CertiVox Marketing Manger. You can add as many 2nd Levels as you need, there is no limit.

Instead of a pure DRM protected container, CertiVox delivers the content in its own player, exanding on the "App" trend set forth by Apple with its iPhone and iPad platforms, where there is no need to distinguish between the "App" and the content any more. This makes a real difference with regards to compliance and security; the ability to audit the activities of the user, tracking content app activity. The player has an additional advantage: it can be used to display targeted advertising / branding, using the audit capability for establishing profiles of the recipient's preferences. In some sense, CertiVox, with its new technology, is able to transfer online marketing to offline usage.
